Job summary

JT Recruit is seeking a Senior Asset Surveyor for a public sector client based in Leicester. The role is temporary, initially until December, with a requirement to manage own caseload and work with limited supervision.

The candidate should have commercial and corporate landlord experience; public sector experience is beneficial. Attendance at County Hall is required for 2 days per week, including Wednesdays, to support team activities and on-site surveys.
