Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of building pathology, damp and mould diagnosis.
• Experience supporting housing health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lead and guide a team of surveyors and contractors.

Aufgaben

• Lead and undertake complex damp and mould inspections, investigations and technical diagnostics across the housing stock.
• Determine root causes of damp, mould and condensation issues and develop remedial solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the Damp and Mould Team, ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
• Oversee significant damp and mould cases, ensuring investigations, reports and remedial works are completed within timescales.
• Review findings and ensure remedial actions address symptoms and underlying causes.
• Monitor quality of damp and mould remediation works and conduct follow-up inspections.
• Support development and continual improvement of damp and mould policies and service standards.
• Analyse damp trends and property data to support proactive prevention and intervention.
• Provide technical advice to residents, contractors and managers on damp and mould matters.
• Support compliance reporting and assurance activities related to regulatory requirements.
• Manage Surveyors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and customer focus.
