Joining the Student Accommodation team, this person will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for student housing assets based in the UK.

The responsibilities include asset and portfolio reporting, budgeting, formulating and executing asset enhancement initiatives to optimize income and realize the highest value of assets.

Additional duties involve preparing and maintaining financial reports, conducting variance analysis, monitoring budgets, and assisting with financial modeling of assets, portfolios, and funds.

Requirements include:

• Approximately 10 years of Asset Management experience, with some experience in the Student Accommodation sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Good financial modeling skills.

The position offers a salary up to £95,000 plus package.
