A well-respected Manchester-based Property Company / Investor / Developer is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the very best names in the region.

You will lead all value-add Asset Management initiatives, from pre-acquisition AM strategy planning to post-acquisition delivery of these strategies. Responsibilities include proactive rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, refurbishments, redevelopment, and sourcing new investment opportunities.

This role covers a mixed commercial sector with a focus on industrial and office spaces, but it remains sector-agnostic and opportunity-led.
