The successful candidate will lead all value-add Asset Management initiatives, including pre-acquisition strategy planning and post-acquisition strategy execution. Responsibilities include proactive rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, refurbishments, redevelopment, and sourcing new investment opportunities.
