Job summary

OMERS Infrastructure is seeking an experienced professional to join the Portfolio Management and Operations Team in Europe. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational value creation across a diverse asset portfolio, including governance support and embedding with portfolio company management.

You will contribute to developing AM best practices, benchmark performance, and lead actions that improve cash generation and growth.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification/post-graduate experience in operating, commercial or general management roles
• Experience in consulting or large professional services with operational exposure
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
• Ability to influence at senior levels and work across cultures

Responsibilities

• Support asset management projects and initiatives across Europe
• Embed with portfolio company management to drive operational improvements
• Assist in governance and shareholder advisory activities
• Identify and implement short- and long-term operational improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and develop AM best-practice frameworks
