Job summary

SS&C Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the EMEA Change Delivery group to lead analysis on Asset Management projects, including onboarding, regulatory change and transformation initiatives.

You will drive discovery, document requirements, and ensure alignment with business outcomes with a focus on quality delivery and client delight. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical and client-facing teams to deliver robust,

Qualifications

• Experience leading BA activities on complex transformation programs.
• Expert communicator and facilitator of discovery workshops.
• Strong Asset Management domain knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all analysis activities across the project lifecycle with Asset Management focus.
• Support discovery and due diligence with stakeholders to define scope and outcomes.
• Elicit, document, validate requirements and user stories with traceability to objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, articulating needs and solution approaches.
• Serve as liaison between business, product teams, architects and delivery leads.
• Identify impacts and support readiness for smooth implementation.
• Produce process maps, current/future state models, use cases aligned to governance.
• Mentor junior BAs and contribute to BA Practice evolution.
