Job summary

Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is seeking an Asset Investment Manager - Complex Cases to lead complex property cases and shape the asset investment programme. You will lead a team including two Property Surveyors and Complex Case Admin, reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Management.

Responsibilities include reducing disrepair caseloads, managing investments, contracts and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and stock condition

Qualifications

• Qualified in RICS or CIOB with degree in building or construction.
• Experience in case management and legal protocols.
• Strong knowledge of housing sector, construction and stock condition.
• Experience delivering asset investment programmes for tenants/leaseholders.
• Experience managing multi-site services and technical areas.
• Strong contract, project, performance and financial management.
• Experience leading teams through change and developing colleagues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Resident engagement experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of asset investment programmes with a focus on tenants and residents.
• Oversee contracts and contractors, including performance and budget management.
• Collaborate with Asset Strategy, Housing Management, Repairs and Development teams.
• Use property and performance data to identify priorities and improvements.
• Oversee property surveys relating to disrepair, planned works and stock condition.
• Ensure complaints are thoroughly investigated and responses are high quality.
• Maintain standards around compliance, health and safety and quality assurance.
• Lead, coach and develop the team and embed a high-performance culture.
• Manage investment programme budgets and develop business cases.
