Job summary

Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is seeking an Asset Investment Manager - Complex Cases in Northamptonshire to lead complex property cases while guiding the wider asset investment programme. This senior role combines technical property expertise, case management, leadership and customer focus.

You will lead a team including two Property Surveyors and Complex Case Admin, reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Management, with a focus on reducing disrepair and DMC caseloads and delivering

Qualifications

• RICS/CIOB qualification and degree-level education in building or construction.
• Experience in case management and related legal protocols.
• Strong knowledge of the housing sector, building construction and stock maintenance.
• Experience delivering asset investment programmes for tenants and leaseholders.
• Experience managing multi-site services and technical areas.
• Strong contract, project, performance and financial management skills.
• Experience leading teams through change and developing colleagues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A full clean UK driving licence.
• Experience of resident engagement would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of asset investment programmes with a customers-first approach.
• Oversee contracts and contractors, including performance and budget management.
• Collaborate with Asset Strategy, Housing Management, Repairs and Development teams.
• Use data to identify priorities and improve stock condition.
• Oversee property surveys relating to disrepair and stock condition.
• Ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly with high-quality responses.
• Maintain standards around compliance, health and safety and quality assurance.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, embedding a strong performance culture.
• Manage investment budgets and develop business cases for future investment.
