Job summary

ICAEW in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Assessment Results Executive to coordinate marking, results processing and publication across ACA Professional and Advanced Level examinations. This permanent role offers a salary of £33,000 - £35,500 and a hybrid working pattern.

You will analyse complex examination results data in Excel, manage data quality and support the Assessment Results Manager while working with examiners, markers and suppliers to ensure timely publication and accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data validation.
• Experience with quality assurance, data checks and audit trails.
• Experience using complex operational systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marking, results processing and publication across ACA exams.
• Provide operational support and cover for the Assessment Results Manager.
• Quality-check marking platforms and assessment systems for data accuracy.
• Analyse and reconcile examination results data in Excel; identify discrepancies.
• Oversee results verification and approval processes with appropriate controls.
• Collaborate with examiners, markers, suppliers and stakeholders to support execution.
