Job summary

The Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW) in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Assessment Results Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary of £33,000 - £35,500 and a hybrid working pattern.

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability are essential as you will coordinate marking, data processing and publication across ACA examinations, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery while supporting stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with data validation.
• Experience with data quality assurance and audit trails.
• Experience using complex operational systems or digital platforms.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marking, results processing and publication across ACA examinations.
• Provide operational support and cover for the Assessment Results Manager.
• Manage marking platforms and assessment systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Analyse results data using advanced Excel; identify discrepancies.
• Oversee verification and QA processes with appropriate controls.
• Work with examiners, markers, suppliers and stakeholders; provide guidance.
