Job summary

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Complex Case Officer to lead the management of complex and high‑risk ASB cases across the borough. You will investigate complaints, assess risk, gather evidence and take proportionate enforcement action through to resolution, with a focus on safeguarding and legal casework.

The role requires strong ASB enforcement, housing, safeguarding and legal experience, plus the ability to work in partnership with Police, Legal

Qualifications

Relevant qualification such as an NVQ, Diploma, degree or equivalent experience.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage complex and high-risk ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.
Investigate complaints and gather high-quality evidence and statements.
Undertake risk assessments with victims, witnesses and perpetrators.
Develop and implement action plans to address ASB and tenancy breaches.
Prepare cases for legal proceedings and support Court action when required.
Collaborate with Legal Services, Police and external agencies.
