South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Scientist (Embryology) to lead and perform ART procedures, including ICSI, in a busy NHS setting. You will work within the Department of Reproductive Medicine, ensuring quality, safety and patient-centered care across the embryology service.

The role requires HCPC registration, a solid biomedical science background, and experience with ART techniques and embryo handling.

Qualifications

• State registration with HCPC to practice as a Clinical Embryologist.
• Degree in a relevant scientific subject and training in ART techniques including ICSI.
• Experience with diagnostic and clinical ART procedures and embryo handling.

Responsabilités

• Assisted conception procedures, IVF, ICSI, IUI, audit, quality control, equipment monitoring and maintenance.
• Contribute to the Department of Reproductive Medicine MDT and attend departmental meetings.
• Represent the department externally and maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure the provision of a comprehensive embryology service within a multidisciplinary team.
