Job summary

OLIVER in London is seeking a Senior Art Director to translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with client needs and brand guidelines. You will mentor juniors, oversee projects from brief to completion, and collaborate with a global team across print and digital campaigns, visual systems, and event collateral.

You’ll lead design from concept to final output, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence, while driving innovation and strategic client storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an Art Director with team leadership
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong experience presenting to clients and leading creative teams
• Experience across digital and print campaigns and brand guidelines

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality conceptual designs for digital and print
• Lead full lifecycle of design projects from concept to delivery
• Present work confidently to clients and partners
• Mentor junior designers and studio staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals and schedules
• Drive AI adoption initiatives within the design studio
