You will work closely with Production, Motion, Digital Design, Strategy, Marketing and local market teams to deliver luxury, narrative-driven campaigns that fuse art and science with a digital-first approach.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Art Director to join our in-house Creative Agency. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative vision of one of the world's fastest-growing beauty brands.

We are looking for a highly conceptual and strategically minded creative leader with an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for beauty, and the ability to translate brand purpose into best-in-class 360° creative experiences. You will have an instinctive understanding of luxury beauty, makeup artistry, colour, texture and product storytelling, combined with a deep knowledge of digital-first creative and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to elevate creativity, accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.

Reporting to the Head of Art Direction, you will play a key leadership role within the Creative Agency, overseeing projects from concept through final execution. You will lead art direction across campaigns, content creation and digital marketing initiatives while partnering closely with Production, Post Production, Motion, Digital Design, Strategy, Marketing, Social, PR and local market teams.
