Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural Renderer in Randburg, Gauteng. You will create photorealistic renders for architectural projects, collaborating with architects to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visuals.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional architectural rendering skills and a keen eye for detail and composition.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an architectural renderer or 3D visualizer.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar.
• Proficiency in architectural design software like Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, forms, and styles.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Based in or able to commute to Randburg, Gauteng for hybrid work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural projects.
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project briefs and design intent.
• Develop 3D models based on CAD drawings and BIM models.
• Apply realistic materials, lighting, and textures to create compelling visuals.
