Job summary

Alfred Recruitment LLP is partnering with a well-established architectural practice in Cardiff to recruit an Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician with proven project-running experience. The role offers ownership of delivery across retail, industrial, commercial and residential sectors.

You will coordinate design information, liaise with clients and consultants, and oversee day-to-day project delivery from early stages through to completion, with emphasis on technical delivery and

Qualifications

• Architectural Technologist/Technician or Architect with strong technical delivery.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical delivery.
• Demonstrable job-running experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Confident communicator with coordination skills.
• Based in Cardiff or South Wales due to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical delivery and project coordination.
• Producing accurate Revit and AutoCAD drawings.
• Managing communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attending and contributing to design team meetings.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying risks or changes.
• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.
