Job summary

Konker in Birmingham is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead technical delivery on live projects across the RIBA stages, developing technical packages, coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors, and mentoring junior technologists.

You will apply UK Building Regulations including the Building Safety Act and CDM, engage with clients through the technical stages, and contribute to shaping the local team's technical culture within a well-regarded practice with

Qualifications

Qualified architect technologist with CIAT chartered status or actively pursuing it.
Several years of UK post-qualification experience with a track record of leading technical delivery on live projects.
Strong Revit skills across live project stages and technical coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery on live projects across the RIBA stages from feasibility to construction.
Produce and review technical drawing packages and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors on live schemes.
Apply UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and CDM requirements.
Mentor junior technologists and review their output.
Engage with clients through the technical stages.
