Job summary

Konker in Birmingham is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead technical delivery on live projects across the RIBA stages, developing technical packages, coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors, and mentoring junior technologists.

Qualifications

• Qualified architect technologist with CIAT chartered status or actively pursuing it.
• Several years of UK post-qualification experience with a track record of leading technical delivery on live projects.
• Strong Revit skills across live project stages and technical coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

An established Birmingham architecture practice is hiring a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its team. A varied portfolio, a supportive studio culture, and a senior technical role with a genuine leadership path.

You'll lead on the technical side of live projects, producing and coordinating technical packages, supporting more junior technologists, and working across live schemes with the autonomy to shape how the work gets delivered.

The Senior Architectural Technologist role, day to day:

What we’re looking for in this Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant qualifications (CIAT chartered or working towards it, or equivalent).
