Qualifications
- Architectural Technologist with strong technical experience and Revit proficiency.
- Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate design teams.
- Solid knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
- Excellent attention to detail and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Producing technical drawings and information using Revit.
- Client liaison and multidisciplinary design team coordination.
- Contract administration and site attendance.
- Managing project programmes, resources and sub-consultants.
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
