Conrad Consulting Ltd are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a busy practice in Wrexham. You will own technical design packages, drive BIM workflows, and mentor junior technologists.

The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, a degree in Architectural Technology, and 5–10+ years’ UK experience in Education or Healthcare projects. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position with clear progression.

Qualifications

5–10+ years UK architectural industry experience with demonstrable technical outputs.
Strong Revit experience
Proficient in producing detailed working drawings in AutoCAD
Good understanding of building regulations and construction sequencing
Excellent communication and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

Lead production of technical drawings and specification packages from concept through Stage 5.
Provide technical guidance and QC across Education, Healthcare and mixed-use sectors.
Resolve technical design issues and ensure buildable solutions with sector regulations.
Support client and contractor engagements and present technical information clearly.
Mentor junior technologists and improve CAD/Revit standards and workflows.
