Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Technologist for their Manchester studio. You will develop technical drawings and construction documents, collaborating with Architects and engineers across education, residential, and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in architectural technology, strong CAD/Revit skills, and a solid grasp of UK regulations. The role supports hybrid working and offers access to high-profile projects from a central Manchester office.

Qualifications

Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
Solid understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with sustainable design and BIM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Architects and stakeholders to develop designs and technical drawings.
Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings, models and visuals using CAD, Revit, SketchUp.
Assist with building regulations compliance and planning documentation.
Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and provide technical support.
Stay updated with latest technologies and building regulations.
