Senior Architectural Technologist - Manchester

Conrad Consulting has partnered with one of the UK's leading architectural practices to recruit an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with job running experience and team-leading capabilities. The firm has a busy order book for the upcoming year and seeks support from an experienced individual to lead front-end project work.

The company predominantly operates in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, with studios across the UK, including a Manchester office of around 15 staff. They aim to expand and develop their Manchester studio by hiring an experienced professional to manage large-scale schemes and mentor the in-house design and technical team.

Their projects are typically large-scale and complex, requiring strong leadership and high-quality design expertise. This role presents a unique opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist, with specific requirements outlined below.

Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technologist:

1. Architectural Degree Qualification (Architectural Technology or similar) - Minimum of 8 years post-qualification UK-based experience.
2. CIAT Chartership preferred.
3. Previous experience in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
4. Experience in client-facing situations.
5. Team management skills, including mentoring and guiding less experienced colleagues.
6. Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD preferred.
