Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist for their Wrexham office. You will lead projects from inception through to completion, delivering technically focused drawings using Revit and coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities.

The role offers scope for hybrid working and long-term progression. The successful candidate will have several years post-qualification experience, strong detailing ability, and a proactive mentoring mindset within a

Qualifications

Experience independently running projects.
Good knowledge of Revit.
Strong technical and detailing ability.
Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
Deliver technically focused drawings and construction details using Revit.
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £250k to £15 million.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a technical office environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.
