Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects (£20m+ desirable).
• Strong knowledge of detailed design and construction stages.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Strong specification writing experience.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage workloads independently while mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of architectural projects from detailed design through to completion.

• Produce and review technical drawings, specifications and construction information.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members, delegating work where appropriate.

The Opportunity

We're looking to speak with experienced Senior Architectural Technologists who have a proven track record of delivering large, technically complex projects through the detailed design and construction stages.

You’ll take ownership of multiple projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing technical delivery and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. This role combines technical leadership, project management, client engagement and team mentoring, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their leadership career.

Experience delivering large-scale refurbishment, retrofit or heritage projects would be highly advantageous, although candidates from other technically demanding sectors will also be considered.
