Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• Develop comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants to create practical, buildable design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and surveys, oversee construction progress, and ensure adherence to current building regulations and design intent.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to address technical issues and support seamless project delivery.
