Daily Duties for the Role of Senior Architectural Technologist

• Provide technical design services and project management across various sectors
• Produce feasibility reports for clients
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance
• Prepare building regulations and planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Prepare design drawings for tenders
• Manage technical and coordination aspects of projects to ensure successful delivery

Requirements for the Role of Senior Architectural Technologist

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Significant post-qualification experience within a UK practice
• Membership or working towards membership of MCIAT
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience across multiple sectors
