Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
Location: Birmingham

Our client is an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy with nearly five decades of industry experience. The successful candidate will be joining a diverse team delivering comprehensive services including Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, M&E Engineering, and Sustainability Consulting across the UK.

The Opportunity
We're recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. You'll lead technical delivery across RIBA Stages 4-6 on diverse projects spanning residential, care, education, and emergency services sectors within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of technical packages for RIBA Stages 4-6
• Design and deliver technical solutions across varied project types
• Mentor team members to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate effectively across disciplines

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents, and planning legislation
• Experience with RIBA Plan of Work stages and technical project delivery
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams

Desirable Qualifications

• UK project experience in BIM environments
• Advanced Revit skills and BIM accreditation
• BIM Level 2 environment experience
• 3D modelling and rendering capabilities
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
• CIAT accreditation
