Senior Architectural Technologist, Birmingham, £40k - £50k+ DOE

Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an architectural consultancy in Birmingham.

Working across various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, industrial, commercial, heritage, and residential. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.

You will join a team of 30 professionals, leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from concept to completion
• Liaise with clients to understand their goals
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
• Manage planning applications and building regulations
• Resolve issues as they arise
• Work within budgets and deadlines
• Assist with planning applications and appeals
• Conduct site inspections
• Support business development
• Develop detailed Revit models and drawings

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Architecture
• Strong design and technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• UK-based experience with at least 5 years in practice
