• Technical qualification or equivalent experience with working drawings experience.
• Post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
• Previous house building experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate the company's product portfolio.
• Produce technical information in AutoCAD for Construction departments.
• Ensure compliance with Building Control regulations.

Skills

Advanced skills in AutoCAD for generating working drawings

Knowledge of building regulations

Experience with UK BIM standards
