Senior Architectural Technician in Colchester

I am looking for an Architectural Technician to join a dynamic and collaborative practice based in Colchester. They have a varied portfolio, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

About The Role

They are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician with 5-10 years of experience, ideally in the residential or commercial sectors. This is a technical role, and you will be responsible for:

1. Design development on various projects, collaborating with team members.
2. Working on RIBA Stages 4-5, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
3. Applying UK Building Regulations effectively in project execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience working on technical design and detailing.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.

Salary is based on experience and ability but is expected to be around £40,000.
