You'll oversee the technical team across measured surveys, digital modelling and design outputs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will mentor colleagues, optimise workflows, coordinate workloads and drive high standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CAD, architectural technology, and related disciplines.
• Strong AutoCAD skills with knowledge of Revit and BIM.
• Experience with measured building surveys and interpreting survey data.
• Ability to guide others and manage workloads.

• Oversee day-to-day running of the technical team.
• Coordinate workloads and review outputs.
• Support process improvements across the function.
