Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and versatileSenior Solution Architectwith expertise in at least one of AWS and Azure, coupled with strong programming and design skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy experimenting with modern technologies, work on proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, write reusable components/templates and rapid iterations across cloud and other emerging domains. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Build Modern Solutions:Design and implement (templates) secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across AWS and Azure, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs):Drive PoC projects to evaluate and showcase the potential of emerging technologies, particularly in the cloud and AI spaces.
• Rapid Project Execution:Collaborate with application and platform teams to deliver quick wins, experimenting with modern tools, frameworks, and approaches to solve complex challenges.
• Programming and Development:Apply programming expertise to build and deploy cloud- applications, focusing on efficiency, reusability, and performance.
• Collaborate and Innovate:Partner with product, platform, and business teams to understand requirements and create innovative solutions aligned with the organization's goals.
• Develop and Share Best Practices:Contribute to the creation of reusable patterns, standards, and reference architectures for cloud and emerging technologies.
• Stay Ahead of Trends:Actively explore and recommend modern tools and technologies, with a keen interest in AI, machine learning, and other innovative areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree ).
• Cloud Expertise:Extensive experience with AWS and Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and cloud- frameworks.
• Programming Proficiency:Hands-on experience with programming and frameworks such as Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Terraform etc.
• PoC and Rapid Iteration Experience:Proven ability to lead and execute proof-of-concept projects with a focus on practical results and business alignment.
• Design Skills:Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, hybrid/multi-cloud strategies, and modern application design.
• Collaboration and Communication:Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business .

Qualifications:

• Interest in AI/ML:Passion for exploring AI/ML capabilities and how they can be applied to solve business challenges (hands-on experience is a plus, but not required).
• Financial Services Knowledge:Understanding of financial services and regulatory environments is a strong advantage.
• Agile and DevOps Experience:Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools such as CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
• Reusability and Standards:Experience contributing to reusable frameworks, patterns, and technical documentation.
