Job summary

Cross Works in London is seeking Senior Architects and Senior Urban Designers to join its growing team. The roles require 6+ years of post-qualification experience in architecture or urban design, with exceptional design capabilities and a passion for cities.

The ideal candidate will lead large-scale international projects, possess strong client-facing skills, be proficient in Rhino (BIM essential for Architects), and be willing to travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in architecture or urban design.
• Exceptional design skills with large-scale international project experience.
• Client-focused problem solver with capability to curate solutions.
• Strong project leadership and effective delegation while running projects.
• Proficiency in 3D software (Rhino essential); BIM experience valued for Architects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
