Job summary

10 Design in London seeks a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex architectural projects across sectors, ensuring excellence in design quality, technical execution and client satisfaction.

Reporting to a Project Architect or Associate, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor juniors, support planning and sustainability, and uphold 10 Design quality standards and professional practices.

Qualifications

• UK ARB registration and RIBA Part 3 qualification or international equivalent.
• Evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to knowledge.
• Substantial post-qualification experience with project delivery responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Act as a key client contact and contribute to briefs, presentations and decision-making.
• Drive design development, balancing creativity, sustainability, and cost.
• Oversee production and review of design information ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead consultant coordination and design reviews to ensure successful delivery.
• Support planning, regulatory approvals and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold health, safety and professional standards.
