Fynn Architects in London is seeking a Senior Architect to lead private residential projects across all RIBA stages, including interiors. The role may be full-time or four days a week, with remote or studio-based working and London residency required.

You will have UK private residential experience, a strong portfolio including heritage homes, and be able to produce planning drawings, coordinate consultants, and manage contracts on-site.

Qualifications

• UK private residential projects portfolio required.
• Experience with planning and tender drawings.
• Knowledge of existing buildings and conservation areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver private residential projects across all RIBA stages.
