Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd. is seeking an Associate Architect to join its London team known for high-end residential and hospitality projects, including work with historic and listed buildings.

You’ll lead projects from concept through to completion, manage teams, and develop client relationships while contributing to studio growth. Hybrid working (3 days in studio, 2 from home) and growth opportunities are offered.

Are you an experienced architect with a passion for beautifully considered, high-end residential design?

We’re working confidentially with an established architectural and heritage consultancy looking for an Associate Architect to join its growing London team known for working some of the most globally renowned projects.

You’ll lead bespoke residential and hospitality projects from concept through to completion, including work with historic and listed buildings. Alongside project delivery, you’ll manage talented teams, develop client relationships and contribute to the studio’s continued growth.

We’d like to speak with architects who have:

• A strong high-end private residential portfolio
• Experience across all RIBA stages
• Proven team and project leadership skills
• Strong commercial and client-facing abilities

Experience with Revit, BIM, contract administration and listed buildings will be important.
