Job summary

Alfred Recruitment LLP is assisting a well-established UK architectural practice in appointing a Senior Associate or Associate Director to join their leadership team. Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with a recognised UK architectural qualification.
• Extensive post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects through all RIBA stages.
• Strong leadership, team management and mentoring experience.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with experience managing fees, project finances and resource allocation.
• Experience contributing to business development and winning work.
• Strong design, technical and project delivery expertise.
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from concept through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage project teams, resources, programmes and budgets.
• Mentor and develop architects and technical staff across the practice.
• Support business development activities, including networking, bids, tenders and securing new work.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of the practice.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of design, technical quality and commercial performance.
