Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with a recognised UK architectural qualification.
• Extensive post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects through all RIBA stages.
• Strong leadership, team management and mentoring experience.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with experience managing fees, project finances and resource allocation.
• Experience contributing to business development and winning work.
• Strong design, technical and project delivery expertise.
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from concept through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage project teams, resources, programmes and budgets.
• Mentor and develop architects and technical staff across the practice.

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice, recognised for delivering exceptional projects across a diverse portfolio and fostering a collaborative, people-focused culture.

As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate or Associate Director to join their leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Architect looking to move beyond project delivery and take on a broader leadership position. You will be responsible for driving project success, nurturing client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the practice.
