Bryden Wood in London seeks a Senior Architect to lead architectural design and technical delivery on major UK and European projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive BIM-enabled coordination from concept through delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and strong client engagement within a hybrid, international project environment focused on Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing and process facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent 5-year degree).
• ARB or international registration is required.
• Experience leading architectural design on complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical delivery from concept to construction support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces across architecture, engineering, sustainability and digital design.
• Prepare and manage permit submissions and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee BIM-led delivery and clash resolution within project teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout lifecycles.
