Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect to join their Glasgow studio. You will lead architectural projects across a varied portfolio, from residential developments to commercial and education facilities, delivering high quality design and technical drawings using Revit.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage design development and construction information, liaise with clients, and drive projects through multiple RIBA stages.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect required.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating consultants.
• Strong technical knowledge for design and construction information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects across the RIBA Plan of Work, design development and technical delivery.
• Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications and construction information using Revit.
• Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary teams with engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Manage project teams, delegate responsibilities and support junior colleagues.
• Liaise with clients to translate requirements into practical architectural solutions.
• Prepare, develop and present design proposals balancing creativity, technical performance and budget.
• Identify and resolve design and construction challenges while maintaining quality and programme.
