Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Registered with RSUA.
• Experience on medium to large-scale residential projects.
• Strong understanding of Northern Irish/UK building regulations.
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Prepare feasibility studies and contribute to briefs.
• Assist procurement of surveys and site investigations.
• Develop design proposals using Revit and traditional methods.
• Create project briefs, programme, and deliverables lists.

• Integrate design and production information.
