Job summary

UNUM Partnership in Glasgow is seeking a senior architect to lead projects from concept to completion. You will manage project teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure compliance with Scottish and English building regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Experience coordinating design teams through detailed design and construction.
• Proficient in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from outline design through to completion under directors.
• Liaise regularly with clients, contractors and the design team.
• Understand and apply Scotland and England building regulations.
• Direct junior team members in day-to-day activities.
