Job summary

Align Property Services is seeking a Senior Architect to lead on a variety of commissions and projects. You will liaise with clients, coordinate the design team and manage project-related fees, appointments and expenditures across UK projects.

The role requires ARB registration with substantial post-qualification experience, and a strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and MS Project. Hybrid working options and a competitive package are on offer.

Qualifications

• ARb registration with significant post-qualification experience on UK projects.
• RIBA Part I-III qualifications and ARB registration are essential.
• Experience across RIBA Plan of Work Stages essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and coordinate the design team.
• Manage project-related fees, appointments and expenditures.
• Produce Feasibility, Planning, Building Regulations and Construction information.
• Create schedules of work and specifications using NBS.
• Conduct site visits for meetings, inspections, and surveys.
