Job summary

ArchArch, a London-based architectural studio, seeks a Senior Architect to lead complex projects from inception to completion. You will supervise design development, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a licensed architect (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to studio-wide policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related software.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the design development process and ensure project goals are met within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects.
• Develop project proposals and budgets.
• Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and codes.
• Provide input on the development of studio-wide policies and procedures.
