Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Associate, Architect to join our Industrial, Manufacturing & Technology team in the UK. You will work alongside senior leadership in the broader Architectural team, responsible for the delivery of projects in the IMT sector.

Projects include giga factories, major fulfilment/logistics centres, complex manufacturing facilities and data centres. In addition to traditional design, we undertake technical advisory services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering architectural projects across RIBA stages.
• Experience designing industrial assets like factories, fulfilment centres, data centres or transport facilities.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams on large IMT projects.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IMT projects, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Provide senior project leadership and client liaison.
• Own delivery of assigned projects within time and budget.
• Contribute to bid work and client interviews as needed.
• Champion BIM and design automation to improve delivery.
