Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking an ARB registered Senior Architect in Lancashire with strong project leadership and client management experience, delivering healthcare projects through relevant RIBA stages and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Experience in healthcare is preferred, though candidates with commercial or large-scale projects will also be considered.

BIM or Revit knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong design and technical delivery capability.
• Intermediate Revit knowledge as a minimum.
• UK building regulations knowledge.
• Healthcare project background preferred; commercial or large-scale experience considered.

The role will focus primarily on healthcare projects, leading delivery through relevant RIBA stages and coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Healthcare experience is , although candidates with commercial or large-scale project experience will also be considered. BIM or Revit knowledge is essential.

A driving licence and access to a car are required due to the office location.
