Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior Architect in Lancashire for an ARB registered professional with strong project leadership and client management experience. The role focuses on healthcare projects, delivering through RIBA stages while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

BIM/Revit knowledge is essential. Hybrid working after probation, with two days WFH per week and private healthcare after one year.

Senior Architect job in Lancashire for an ARB registered Architect with strong project leadership and client management experience. The role will focus primarily on healthcare projects, leading delivery through relevant RIBA stages and coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Healthcare experience is preferred, although candidates with commercial or large-scale project experience will also be considered. BIM or Revit knowledge is essential.

• UK building regulations knowledge
• A background in healthcare projects is preferred, although commercial or large-scale project experience will also be considered.
• A driving licence and access to a car are required due to the office location.
