Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL seeks a Senior Architect to join a respected Leeds practice. You will work across RIBA stages on varied sectors, delivering planning, technical and construction information while coordinating with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate is ARB-registered with post-qualification UK experience, proficient in Revit and BIM workflows, and comfortable with hybrid working. Excellent career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

ARB-registered Architect with relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience across a range of RIBA stages in a UK practice.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
Proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering architectural projects from concept through completion across all RIBA stages.
Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with colleagues, consultants, clients and other stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet programme, budget and quality standards and UK legislation.
Attend client meetings, site visits and project reviews as required.
Contribute to proposals and business development where appropriate.
