Job summary

Penguin Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Architect for their Epsom studio within an international AJ100 practice. You will manage projects from inception through to completion and collaborate with the design team on day‑to‑day information, while liaising with contractors.

The role requires ARB registration, RIBA Part 3 experience, and wide exposure to all RIBA work stages across multiple sectors. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and knowledge of UK building regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• ARB registered.
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice.
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages.
• Strong experience working across a broad range of sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
